Meet Your Instructor

My name is Cheryl B. Lucas and I have been lucky enough to be part of the healthcare and educational profession for over 35 years.  I started out as a bachelor’s level OT, got an advanced master’ in OT, and then chose a doctorate in education as I became more engrained in academia.  My educational and inter-professional administrative experiences have provided me with the opportunity to think holistically, equitably, and creatively to better the lives of those I have worked with throughout the years.  I am a servant leader, and learned through my role as an AOTA Credentialed Leader in Academia and  Professional Development coordinator for the Academic Special Interest Section of AOTA, that education can transform ideas and actions for the betterment of institutions, communities, and clients we serve.  Come Join Me.
